Directv Business Ap for IOS connection issue

I have exhausted all avenues that I could find on the boxes from resetting my WiFi to resetting the boxes. The app on IOS will not pick up any of my receivers any longer. Can you please recommend what hardware I should buy to correct this issue from Med cost to High
