Business Phone Caller ID not working
I work for a small restaurant that uses att business phone service.
A few weeks ago our caller ID stopped working on the phones themselves, but still displayed on our PofS via a whozz calling network caller ID. I contacted the PofS vendor and their diagnostics show the whozz calling is in fact working and recording that we are receiving phone calls, but there is no caller ID information available.
Also, as mentioned, no info is showing on the phone displays either, which do not use the whozz calling device.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?
