ARRIS NVG595 - Unable to put into bridge mode

I have been trying to figure out how to get the ARRIS NVG595 into bridge mode and cannot find it.  There also appears to be little documentation online.  Has anyone been able to do this with this model?

If you are using an At&t gateway, bridge mode will not be supported. The information is found in the link above.

So what's a business to do if they just need the AT&T modem to pass everything along to our ASA?  Get a different ISP?
