2 questions wireless internet

My phone has not worked with my device since I got it I,can't sign in to get my call logs this is for my business I have calls forwarded to my Google number so I don't receive all the calls. I'm loosing business with this not working. I have contacted support a number of times with no avail, I have found nothing in my info saying that I reported this isue...
