Telephone Lines for Multifamily
Hi,
We have new telephone lines at an 188-unit apartment community and need to get them connected to the boxes outside at each building. Each box has the Bell Telephone Company telephone number, so ATT would be responsible for the maintenance and re-connections. What department can assist in getting these lines connected? Who do I need to talk to?
I've been on the phone with several operators, but they don't know who can help and engineering has been non responsive. I look forward to hearing back from someone who can assist.

What department can assist? I've been transferred to several different departments, the operators don't understand what I'm asking and how to help. I need maintenance or technical support in getting these lines hooked up. Is there a representative in the Dallas are who can go out to the property and assess the best path forward?
