Skype for Business
Ever since our office transitioned to AT&T for our internet service, Skype for Business no longer works in the office. Yet, we can take our laptops home and it works just fine. I spent about 3 hours on the phone with Skype's tech support only to be told it is some type of internet problem. Not sure if we need some kind of certificate, change a setting or what - we just need to get the app back up and running as the majority of our employees are remote throughout the US.
