Remove members from a call queue in AT&T Office@Hand
Some of our managers have transitioned into offline roles, and I need to remove their numbers from the call queues that we configured in AT&T Office@Hand. Where do I go in the system to change those settings?

You can make changes to the AT&T Office@Hand call queues by, logging into the web portal and then clicking on “Phone System” and then “Groups”. Click on the “Call Queue” tab and then click on the name of the queue you would like to edit. Click on “Call Queue Members” to see the members currently assigned to the queue. Click the box to the left of the desired users to uncheck it and remove the user.
