DirecTV for business app not retaining programming...

Installed the business app for one of my clients. (Sports bar) They have a total of 28 H25's (100's, 500's, and 700's). After editing location/receiver names all was good.
Within 24 hours, all names disappeared and reverted back to default or, CXP 000. Is this a known issue or is it a one off?
Is there anything that can be done?
With this many TV's it's a crapshoot on picking the right tv.
