I preordered this product on April 16th, and was sent two emails, including a change of date for delivery.
I then received two more emails about my order being canceled because there wasn’t enough units. The email also stated that you will be getting more of this product in July, and basically telling me to buy it again.
I have receipts and emails for this product, and I don’t understand why I have to go through this process again. If your company is going to get more stock, why not fulfill the orders that were already placed.
I’ll be going to my local AT&T store once again to inquire about this issue. If you have any information on how to get the product that I paid in full for, I would very much appreciate it.
