new account mishap
I got a new business internet and phone line with AT&T. It required me to switch over from our previous companies. The day the internet was supposed to be set up is when we switched it over. The people at AT&T messed up and the internet was down for 1 day. They had no solution except for "we will send out a technician" so we lost 1 day of credit card transactions. We also take phone orders for our business. We got a new phone line set up and the phone stopped working, when we were told it would be a seamless transition. The phone has not been working for a couple hours and they said the best the can do is get someone out by wednesday. It is Friday today. What are my options since we take a lot of phone orders for the business. We already forwarded the line to a cell phone but this just seems absurd.
