What is the easiest way to find a message in pdvConnect?

pdvConnect allows you to filter messages by message attributes including Priority, account, user, etc. To find a message you can filter the messages by subject. This will organize the messages in alphabetical order by subject line. To do this you will need to access the message list by clicking on the Command Center tab, and then clicking on Communications Console.
