internet security warning
Hi, we have just signed up with ATT. We are using Outlook 2007. When we try to send email, the following window pops up:
Internet Security Warning
The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. The target principal name is incorrect.
Certificate Informatio:
All theintended purposes of this certificate could not be certified.
Issued to: smtp.mail.att.net
Issued by :VeriSign Class3 Secure Server CA-G3
Valid from: 4/23/2014 to 4/25/2015
Issuer Staement: Disclaimer https://d.symcb.com/rpa
My choices at this time is to continue using this server. If I decline, I am not able to send out email.
What can be done to solve this problem? Any help is appreciated

Hi @katzen,
I apologize for any of the inconveniences. You are still able to use that server if you wish. We still have it active, but to update the records, the new one is outbound.att.net. Here is a useful guide that goes through the client e-mail settings.
Hope this helps.

We had talked to a a customer service rep. yesterday on a different matter,
but mentioned the security warning. She also said it was ok to use that
server, so I feel reassured to do.
I appreciate your help.good to know there is assistance 'out there' !
