    My mother has had the same SW Bell/AT&T phone number for 46 years. 3 years ago, she moved to an area of town with a different prefix, AT&T allowed her to keep her number. My home is 1.3 miles from her previous home and I have the same prefix as hers (for 32 years). On 4/14, I switched my phone to U-verse and was able to keep my number.     On my U-verse voice the Caller ID is always displaying as unavailable with the phone numbers that once displayed the appropriate name. e.i WIRELESS CALLER, etc etc.

    I am trying to activate "Locate Me". I've logged in to MyAT&T account, but the menus don't jibe with the directions at https://www.att.com/esupport/article.jsp?sid=KB406750 For example, there's no "Manage Features" entry in the "Home Phone" menu. Can anyone set me straight? Thanks.

    This may be double posted. We no longer have AT&T landline phone service, but the voicemail feature remains active. I am looking for a way to disconnect or cancel the voicemail system so that only our new system receives voice messages. I have tried changing the administrative options so that autoplay is turned off, but the system remains active and accepting messages.
