After yesterdays U-Verse TV update all SD channels are falf the volume of the HD channels I spent hours on the phone with two service reps who could barely speak english and they do not have a clue any one have any ideas?

I received a coupon code for a free movie. I followed the instructions and entered the code. When I went to press continue a message popped up saying "the coupon is not available for use on your account" when this code was sent to my phone number in a text and email. How can I make this work?
When watching content via the Uverse Ondemand Website... Was wondering why you cant keep track of Commerical breaks that have been watched so in the event the Steaming Content errors for whatever reason the user doesnt have to sit through the same commercial breaks when reloading the page
suggestion for the tv service: how about a reminder option you can set to flag the start of a program you were looking to watch. make it so that on the guide you can set it to pop up a reminder to tune to that station.
