U-verse sucks
Every day my internet goes down more than once. In the last week it has gone down anywhere from 4-15 times per day. I have had techs out for this problem several times - it is not a problem inside my home it is something out side. It has been a year now and all they do is come out reset and go on their way. U-verse has been nothing but problems, I was not to be billed for install, I was billed for install customer service said they had that corrected I had to call 4 times and they said it was fixed and then shut my phone off for nonpayment, for medical reasons I have to have a phone. I had to drive to a att stir to get the billing fixed. My internet has not worked for 1 full month in a year. I have told everyone I know how bad u-verse and ATT customer service is. When I have asked for a manager above the department I am speaking with I get the runaround. I have spoken with several people who have service with att and just want to say Congratulations AT&T always comes out as the worst customer service anyone has Ever had

"It has been a year now"...perhaps it is time to let go and move on to another provider.
End your misery ("doctor, it hurts when I do this...").
