Yes, it occurs generally around this time of the month and continues until the next billing cycle. Our city is still in the exploratory stage for Gigapower, so no, we do not.

I receive an AT&T email stating that strating 23 May 2106 they will charge over data overage for Uverse. I called AT&T to cancel my servie since in my area comcast is 3-5x faster, the same price and has a higher data limit. The operater stated that the data limit:
• Affects 3% of users
• Only applies to customers who have internet only service, and are not a Uverse TV customer.

WITH DATA CAPS LIMITS IT STOPS ALL WHO RENT OR OWN HOMES/ APARTMENTS FROM OFFERING INTERNET TO ROOMMATES OR GUEST TO THE HOME.
