This set top box does not match the account settings

I'm getting the message "this set top box does not match the account settings". i just received my new wireless box for a new TV and set it all up and am getting this message.

The message your are seeing may be a result of our systems not being ready to activate the TV receiver. Please send me your account information to ATTU-verseCare to ensure this wireless STB is ready to activate on our end.
