Identify network?

Called AT&T about bad/intermittent Netflix movie loading and connecting on 1 Samsung smart TV only. Hulu loads perfectly, but Netflix claimed they need more speed? bandwidth? than Hulu, and that poor wifi signal is the problem. AT&T support supposedly did something to my router, remotely, but no improvement in situation. I have now installed a Belkin range extender, and now  I see 2 wireless networks. 2wire662 and 2wire662xt [is this the belkin?]. Connected via 662xt, but no improvement in Netflix problem. Would it help to connect TV to the u-verse box via an ethernet cable as all solutions to poor signal seem to require hard wiring as best solution. Cable from Router to tv is not an option.

There is an STB connected to the Samsung TV? Yes. Is it fed via COAX? yes

Connect a cat5 cable between the TV and STB network jacks.

OK this should be under UVERSE TV forum. Can an administrator move it?
