East and west channel feeds
I was wondering why it is that we get both east and west feeds of some channels, like TBS, TNT, Tru-TV, HBO, Showtime, etc.) but only the east feeds of some others (Comedy Central, FX, History, Discovery, etc).

At one point there was for a few of them, but duing contract negotiations or for other reasons you now either get the East or West of those channels, but not both.

Also not all stations have an east and west feed.  That is why on some stations you see the same program showed over and over to accommodate all time zones.
