ESPN College Extra

Just read a post on ESPN's Media website about this new service starting on Sept 5.  I guess ESPN is no longer going to offer GAMEPLAN and FULLCOURT packages.  It says up to 8 channels will be used each day/week.  It also lists Uvers as one of it's providers.  Just wondering if anyone knows what channels will be used for this and if they will be available in HD.  If I remember correctly, the GAMEPLAN package was only available in SD.

What happens when you try to go to 1615 (or 1621, or...)?

 

A message?  Black screen?

There is no ch 1615 or 1621 after ch 1613 the next channel is 1624

i dont know what the problem is but its with att 1614-1621 arent active channels

Yep, and they don't show up in the Guide or on Titan Tv website listings either.  Maybe they will get it together for Week 2.  Fingers crossed!

I have U-450. I am getting the channels in SD, but not in HD. I rebooted one of my televisions to see if the HD channels would show up, but no luck.

I have nothing.  Called today and after being transfered 3 times, and wasting my entire lunch-hour, the last girl had no idea what I was even talking about.  I give up.  Maybe we will get lucky and they will show up on Saturday, but it's not looking very good.

Not sure what's going on with these.  My best recommendation is to click this AT&T logoU-verse Customer Service link to send a Private Message (PM) to the AT&T customer service team to help you resolve your issue with the missing HD channels of ESPN College Extra. You can expect a reply via return PM (the blue envelope envelope  in the upper right hand corner of this site, next to your name and avatar) in a business day or three.

This is a group of U-verse service specialists who are knowledgeable about U-verse and will stay with your problem until the end (instead of forgetting about it when the phone hits the cradle). Speed things up by including your Billing Account Number, and the best time and way to reach you.

There are no HD channels listed for College Extra here either[could be that Uverse isn't aware that there are HD channels on the College Extra package].
