@ATTTVNOWHelp - Cher and Ani here and we are the faces behind @ATTTVNOWHelp. We've been supporting DIRECTV NOW since launch (November 2016) and enjoy every minute of it. We like to keep our ears to the streets on all things streaming, especially when it comes to news, updates and promos around DIRECTV NOW.

@litzdog911 is a long-time DIRECTV Techknow Guide, joining the AT&T Forum in 2015.  He's a marketing manager for a technology company and volunteers with his therapy dog at schools, libraries and college campuses providing reading assistance and stress relief.  He's earned 18 badges.  Read more about him in his January 2016 ACE of the Month interview.

@MikeCheck123 is a Lead eCommerce Manager at AT&T and has been with the company for 15 years.  For the past six years, he’s supported AT&T’s TV products (DIRECTV, U-verse TV & the newly launched DIRECTV NOW) and maintains their Support experiences for att.com.  Mike resides in Atlanta, GA but from Ohio originally, where he became a college football enthusiast and loyal Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
