SIP ALG setting on Pace Plc Model 5268AC
Just got upgraded to giga power and now when i get calls on my Voip phone on some calls the caller can not hear me, i can hear them however. Nextiva is telling me that i need to deactivae SIP Alg, but i am not sure how to do that on this device

The only models that I can think of that has the option to turn off SIP ALG is NVG 599 and NVG 595. There isn't any option for Pace 5268AC for that though unfortunately.
You can buy your own router that has that option and we can just place the 5268ac in dmz plus mode. I'm not sure if requesting for these specific models will be an option though since it depends on the availability of the equipment in the area.
