It looks like almost 5 days without tv, internet & home phone because of a MODEM

I have 3 services. Uverse tv, phone & Internet The modem lights turned red Wednesday night. First I was told it was a outage in my area by a tech support automated message early Thursday morning. Then later in the day it wasn't resolved so I spoke to a live person. The tracking number for FedEx now says Monday delivery. The at&t rep stated the new modem will be delivered Saturday. It looks like close to 5 days without any tv or Internet & home phone. All at&t had to do is dispatch a tech to my house. Though its not their policy to do that when the modern is suspected to be the issue. I'm not sure what to do now. I never thought that this could happen with the great customer service I've getting over the years. I'm not in contract anymore either

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your severe Uverse service problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time, response may take up to 2 business days.  Remember the holiday slows things down.

This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.

Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check for the blue PM envelope to appear, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉
