I am getting a not authorized to access this website error

I have not been able to access my email via att.yahoo.com (formerly att.net) I have reset my passwork several times but I keep getting a "We are sorry, but you are not authorized to access this web site. Please verify you are authorized and re-enter your User ID and Password." error.
