Self-help diagnostics customized for your specific device
Find active uplift requests within 50 miles of your geo-location and request uplift from the field
Please remember that FirstNet Assist requires the user to have a login for Local Control in order to utilize the app's functionality. Also, please be aware, that while the app will allow an end user to request uplift from the field, should their request be denied, FirstNet Care has no ability to uplift the user in place of the Uplift Manager. Users denied an uplift will then need to work with their local Uplift Manager to be uplifted.
