Have you heard of the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool? It’s a super useful tool which can fix a multitude of issues! Once it is open, pick your device and select Apps under Device/software issues. Answer all the questions as accurately as possible to receive the best resolution. Also try choosing Internet under Service/network issues.
Resetting your network settings is a great way to troubleshoot any service related issue. To do this, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Your device will automatically restart, and you’ll need to re-enter your Wi-Fi password to connect to Wi-Fi.
Removing and reinserting your SIM card is another great way of troubleshooting network related issues. For instructions on how to do this, use our Device Support Tool. Just like before, choose your phone then go to Learn how to use > About your device > Insert SIM/Phone Assembly. Ensure your device is completely powered off before removing the SIM card.
