Unable to recover my sbcglobal account

I have had sbcglobal accounts for my family for the past 14 years. I have never had an issue with these accounts but today I was unable to log into to two of them and unable to recover them using the security questions because we created them so long ago. I have not been able to reset them using the My ATT app either.
