I recently received at no charge a new battery for the Digital Life system. Am I supposed to return the used battery? There was a return label in the package. However, I do not want to be charged a restocking fee which appears to be the AT&T policy also listed on the packing slip that came with the new battery. Has anyone else had experience with this?
@pboudin1 Hello. Yes, please use the provided return label to send back your old battery. That way we can also dispose of it properly and notate your account that we received the old one back. Thank you
