wifi calling will no longer work on iphone 6

After months of great wifi calling at my residence, it will no longer engage.  I have reset the phone, reset carrier settings, tried to force it by putting it in airplane mode, turned on and off the wi-fi, etc.  Why will it no longer work.  I get 1 bar at my home and that is insufficient.
