secure family app

I signed my daughter up as primary parent and me as the parent in error. How do I change her to child and me to primary parent? No one is helping me with this issue.

Hello, @kirtland3,

 

The primary number on your myAT&T account will be the one that is listed as the primary parent on the AT&T Secure Family app. If you can't change the primary number through the account, you will need to get the person with the device that is listed as the primary account holder to change everyone's status/settings in the app.

Thanks for posting such a great question!

 

Secure Family considers the wireless account owner (the person responsible for paying the bill) as the primary parent and automatically uses their wireless phone number. All other family members are automatically assigned the child role. This is an automated process.

This is not the cas on my secure family app. I’m very frustrated with getting any assistance to resolve by AT&T. I’m still needing help to resolve.
