I blocked someone from my cell phone and home phone. Somehow they left me a voicemail on my cell phone using a different number that had not been blocked. How they did they do that?

The new number they called you from is not on your blocked contacts list, so your phone did not know to block it. I would suggest blocking the 2nd number too 🙂
