I'm not able to find any information directly related to the Toyota Tundra and the Motorola Razr v3xx but here's a link to Toyota's site about their bluetooth capabilities: http://www.toyota.com/vehicles/demos/bluetooth.html

 

Since bluetooth is a universal standard, you should be able to use it. 

 

I also searched through Motorola's support forums and didn't see any mention of issues with the v3xx and the tundra specifically. 

 

If you're looking at buying this vehicle, it might be a good idea to test out the bluetooth connectivity while you're at the dealer to make sure it works.
