Voicemail messages are automatically deleted after 30 days, but you can Learn how to recover deleted voicemail messages here. If they haven't been deleted, you should be able to Check your voicemail messages like normal, but the steps will differ depending on if you're using basic voicemail or Visual Voicemail. How do I retrieve voice messages from my old phone that were not deleted. When I put the Sim card in this phone all messages were gone , and the old phone does not have any saved messages. My father passed suddnely i would like the messages i had saved . 😢

When checking the voice-mail like mentioned above there were no saved messaged , on either phone with the Sim card that held the messages .

Are you sure that the SIM card stored messages? I didn’t think SIM cards stored messages, contacts, or anything else other than account information, and haven’t for many years.
