Wifi calling has stopped working

2 day ago my wifi calling has stopped working on both my Galaxy S7 edge and my wife's S6. It is enabled but I dont get the + symbol on the wifi logo. I've troubleshoot my router and no issues there. Wifi calling will not work at the office either where it had in the past. I barely get 1 bar at my house this is the only way I can make calls.

Hello @Boondocks11.

First we, recommend if you have not power cycled the phones yet to turn them off and then on again. If that does not resolve the issue, we recommend you reset your network settings. This will require re-saving your WiFi password. To reset network settings on the S7 Edge go to the home screen, swipe down from the Notification bar and select and Settings icon > General management > Reset > Network settings reset > RESET SETTINGS > Select RESET SETTINGS again to confirm. For the S6 select Apps / Settings / Backup and Reset / Reset network settings and confirm that you want to reset. Yep, did as follows, even with ATT tech on a landline, still no go. What is happening with AT&T and their services, getting worse and worse. I use to stand up for AT&T, but I think I might have to leave them for someone else. Anything has to be better then what I am getting right now.

Samething now with my phone after an update today. Nothing has worked and my internet works fine. Just no wi-fi calling, even though it is turned on. Hope to find a solution soon!

I’m having the same issue with an iPhone 7plus. I’ve rebooted. Phone and cable modem, reset router and re entered info for WiFi password. Nothing is working to resolve this.
