WiFi calling isn’t working!!

There is little to no AT&T service at my home. We have been relying on WiFi calling to provide our ability to make & receive calls. For some reason this isn’t working any longer. I have full WiFi, but no service. So frustrating!! Please fix!! I’ve tried doing the airplane mode & then turning WiFi & Bluetooth on, but this doesn’t work either??? Help before we are forced to switch cell providers.

Hello @Nicwes.

We can help!  First, we recommend resetting your network settings. Let us know which device you have if you need assistance finding that option. You will need to re-save your network password after the reset. If that does not resolve the issue, try rebooting your modem or router. If you are still having issues after that, there may be settings on your modem or router that need to be adjusted. Those are explained in this forum post on WiFi calling. Let us know if you have issues beyond that so we can do further troubleshooting. Thanks for reaching out to us on Forums.
