Why do you hire rude people to work at your stores?
I have been with AT&T for over 15 years. I have several wireless phones with you. I have had the same phone # for over 15 years. I go into your store located in Elk River MN and was treated horribly. Beau all was told right away to go away because we can't help you. I didn't even get a chance to try and resolve the issue. So going to break up this relationship with AT&T.

The only ATT store I see in Elk River at 18136 Zane Ave NW is an authorized retailer. Authorized retailers are not owned or operated by ATT and the employees do not work for ATT. Still no excuse for rude treatment but ATT has nothing to do with who they hire.
