VOICEMAIL NOTIFICATION
HOW upset I was today.... I have been UNEMPLOYED since October and dont you know I get a call today for a job... YIPPPEEEEE!!!! OH WHAT?? WAIT! This cant be happening!!!!!!
The frigging call was from JULY 5th and I JUST GOT IT TODAY (July 17th)!
WHAT THE HECK??????
The Big Red 1 popped up today at around 2 pm.... when I listened to it, I was all excited and called them back but no answer. When I looked at the call log is when I noticed it was from the 5th of July..
NOT THE FIRST TIME but 12 days seems to be the longest so far..
WHATS THE STORY (I hope I do not lose this job)

Thank you for reaching out on the Community Forums. I can understand how important it is to be notified of new messages in a timely manner, especially while waiting for a job offer. I would be happy to help.
We have a great article which goes over voicemail notifications. Please make sure all settings are correct and use the link in the article for further voicemail troubleshooting steps. Also, please make sure the phone is connected to AT&T towers. They will not receive the notification while on Wi-Fi calling.
