Unlock Device no result / Bad service

Hello, my name is Olivia, I've been waiting for unlock code for almost 1 month. 

We went to AT&T store many times, the one in rainbow and sumerlin and blue diamond, even by phone they suggest to wait ... Wait until when? I already in other country now, still waiting for email but none.I try to chat with at & t specialist name Jesus no answer just gone from the chat. This is very ugly service I ever had, pls somebody give me suggestion who can I contact to solve this problem? Probably, an email address to corporate office. Thank U.

Did you receive an email within minutes of request?

did you verify the email with the link?

 

If neither happened, the request was canceled   You would have to do over.

 

Unfortunatley the link to check on the request is under construction.

Yes, I did, it said : your unlock request is in review now, please allow 2 business days to process it. We send you an email message soon with the status of your request.
Unfortunately almost 1 month no message at all. Very disappointed .
