Suspending services
Can someone still text or call you if you have suspended services?

Greetings @Mellie69,
This is a great question and I am glad you have brought it to the Community Forums. I can help!
If you are trying to reach out to someone who is not responding, it may be difficult to determine whether their service has been suspended.
Your text messages may appear as sent or delivered like normal, however, when a call is placed, you should hear an automated message stating this person is not available at this time to receive calls please try again later, and then hang up. Leaving a voicemail message will also be unavailable during a suspension.
Please let us know if this information is helpful to you! Have a great day!
