My bank VYSTAR attempts to send me a code but it never comes thru. The bank stated you must be blocking short text messages, is this true? How do I correct this problem that just recently started happening? Thank you!

Are you able to receive short code text messages from any different senders? We recommend that you check to see if you can receive short code text messages that are sent with AT&T Star Services.
