S6 Android update problems
I installed the Android 6.0 upgrade to my Galaxy S6 and now, my message notification ring tone and vibrate functions don't work!

When we do updates on our phone, we expect them to work correctly. I know it is very concerning to have a phone work fine before the update and not work after. I can help you with this.
On our AT&T website, we have our Troubleshooting and Resolve Tool. This fantastic tool helps a customer troubleshoot their mobile device. This tool will give you step-by-step directions to follow. Another action you can do is restart the phone, then send a text to 151 to test messaging.
