Numbersync keeps disabling for GearS3

I've had Numbersync successfully set up for over a year between my Galaxy S9 with gear S3.frontier.., but in the past month, I received a message that it was disabled and every attempt to re enable results in a sync for about 5 mins or so...and then I receive the "has been disabled" message and now longer is synced.  Looking at posts...this has occurred to several folks in the past, has there been a solution found?

Hi Sean,

While it is nice that you attempted to give us information that we already know on this situation, which is how to set up numbersync, I am afraid that doesn't help much with the solution. The problem is that even after setting it up, numbersync is disabled for some reason because the service is "unavailable". I find that strange since my phone has service when I go through the same area with it. Any ideas as to why the numbersync continues to disable by itself? Anything besides telling us something we already know would be nice.

I've had a Samsung S7 & a gear2. They've been synced together for several years. In the last few weeks I keep getting the following notification from my phone, "NumberSync will be disabled the service is currently unavailable." I have followed the directions & synced them so many times I'm a pro at it. They will not stay synced. After syncing I'll get a text saying I've synced the two then within minutes I get the notification on my phone again. Yes, my phone is linked to it's own account.

I keep getting the same issue you are getting. Combo Gear S3 with Galaxy S8. Sometimes, it would stay synced for a week or so, but most of the times, just for a few minutes... Sometimes NumberSync won't even resync at all. Anybody found a solution? In the past, support told me it was because of my username on att.com, but after they changed it, that did not solve the issue. PS: the post accepted as 'Solution' is a joke, clearly that person did not read the original post.
