New customer. New device requested the ipass linkext the ipass link.
Today (5/22/17),this early afternoon, I called CS. Said I would like the ipass link text to my phone so I could activate it. I was sent the wrong link, I'm a Field Agent and it was frustrating and I loss business today. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do later because you are not a 24/7 service. I lost a days work. 2nd this is s new device as I mentioned to the Rep. I said new customer,as well. I asked her if she could help me by identifying the icon for settings. The normal looking wheel like icon was not visible. She was rude to me, said No she could not, and if I had a Manual, for me to look thru it and find it. Really, very poor CS, and I did not appreciate her awful, rude and Unprofessionalism. Not a very Happy customer. PLEASE TEXT MY PHONE THE CORRECT IPASS LINK SO I CAN ACTIVATE IT.

Is this an app from the Apple Apple Store or from Google Play Store? I could not find this app related to ATT wireless service.

I think the OP is talking about this: https://www.ipass.com. I have no idea if ATT is involved in that or not.
