New accounts phone order
I open a new account over the phone , the customer service representative told me I will have the phones by 18th of this month. I just call to check on ETA for delivery and after request a day of to be able the get the phones . Know she said the I MAYBE have them ship by the 19th.I ask to speak with a supervisor and she told me they are non Available...
I ask If I can pick them up at the store and she said no...
What kind of customer service is this for a new customer .
Why is the reason I can get them at the store if AT&T screw up this not me .
I ask her if I need to cancel my order and technically she said yes.
I hope I dont have to deal with all this nonsense with the rest of my service.
I was taking in consideracion get tablets but know I'm not sure.

Hi Omayra72,
Welcome to AT&T. I am sorry that you are having this issue. Did the representative tell you that the phones are being shipped out or are they delayed? Christmas season is coming up - there could be a lot of orders in the system.
