Mifi usage update

My Mifi unit has quit displaying usage updates. The last shown update was from February.  How can this be fixed?

Hello @jar85422,


It is important to receive your usage updates on your MiFi device to make sure you don’t go over and are aware of your current status.  We do have some information which can help!


This issue can be related to a software glitch or something blocking the communication from our billing system.  Generally, a simple reset is all that is needed to be done in order to correct it.  Please feel free to visit our Device Tutorial link.  You will first choose your device and go on from the Tutorials tab > on the left side column, choose Reset Device in order to perform a factory reset.  Alternatively, you can search for Reset.  You can also see if the device needs a software update.  You can search for Software Update.
