UnHappy Sprint Customer,

Honey what ever you do, Do Not Download the Marshmallow Update !!!   Read all the Forums and Blogs.  Search "Marshmallow update problems."  Our Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile phones updated by themselves.  We are miserable !!  NO Internet, NO Wii-fii,  Limited Text, No communication with any I-Phones and Battery Drains in 30 min with excess bloat and new apps put on.  Settings change and cannot be locked in, so each time you use the phone, you must re-personalize all to do it over again!   ATT is smart NOT to do any updates until Goggle and Samsung fix the problems.  Samsung says they will "eventually" come out with a patch, but don't know when since they are concentrating on making a new Note 6.  Who Cares if We have a Cute BRICK !  Paying for service, with NO use of a phone. Even our SD Card is corrupt!  Fought with Sprint to release me from their contract, which I finally won!  Sprint has the poorest service, No coverage areas and Worst use of Foreign Customer Service Reps EVER !  Phones by Samsung were made in Vietnam!  Not even China.  No USA products??  I'd rather gamble on our own mess. PLEASE FORGET THE WORD MARSHMALLOW !!!   IT KILLS THE PHONE AND YOU'LL BE STUCK IN A CONTRACT HOLDING A BRICK !

Funny, as I'm running it as of now and have NONE of those issues.

Great, you made the cut !  Read the problems "most' of us are having.  Sprint is also a problem within itself with such poor coverage and service in LA.

Hi @JamesJonesy,

Thank you for posting your question on the AT&T Community Forum.

At this time we do not have a release date for Marshmallow for the Galaxy S6.

AT&T is working hard to make Marshmallow available for as many Android devices as possible.

As a rule, we generally do not post information on device updates until the day of release and are unable to forecast availability of any OS update.

Rest assured when available, you will receive an over the air notification on your device with step-by-step instructions to update your software.

We appreciate your continued business at AT&T!

i am with Att and i didn't have the option of receiving the update, it just updated on its own and i am very unhappy. My phone is ruined and ATT is telling me that i have to replace the phone through the insurance....um this is not my fault and i don't feel like i should have to pay to replace it.
