Live chat

i was just on hold for over an hour to speak with an Att agent. I'd like to utilize the live chat. Could someone send or provide me with a link to begin chatting. Thank you

I’m sorry to hear about the long hold time to speak with a phone representative; I know how frustrating that can be! 

 

In order to speak with a Live Chat agent, please click here.  From the Contact Us page, click on the “Chat Now” button on the right-hand side to initiate a chat session.

I was just on hold for 30 minutes and when a live person came on, she ended up hanging up on me when I asked to speak to a manager.  By law, if a customer asks to speak to a manager they have to put a manager on the phone.  I'm going to report ATT for this infraction.
