So my phone lg v 10 doesn't work so I had to go online asurion to get another phone I received it today and I got the lg g 6 and I don't like it what can I do !!!

The G6 has not been released, you could not have one. If you don't like the phone Asurion sent then contact Asurion. Att is not in charge of how they do business.
