I’d like to leave positive feedback

I just had a wonderful experience fixing my visual voicemail with a very knowledgeable employee named Shawn (Sean?) after talking to three employees yesterday one of which sent me an unecessary SIM card. Could an employee PM me so I can give full details about the experience so I can make sure Shawn gets the credit they deserve?
