Family Map All User Access
I just subscribed to the Family Map plan. How can other users locate my phone. I am able to locate my daughter and husband, but they are unable to locate me? How do I go about fixing this issue? Or can I?

Thank you for reaching out on the Community Forums. Family Maps is a great way to make sure your family gets home safe! I would be happy to help you with this today.
How Family Maps work is there is one line which is the Owner and the others are members. The owner line adds numbers to the Family Map and has the ability to locate and view history. If the owner wishes, they can add their own number to the locatable lines, however only the Owner track.
One solution is to share the login information. This will allow anyone you share the information with to login to the website and track the all the phones. For more information on Family Maps, please visit this website.
